Quick and Easy For The Oven Or The Grill

The Lighter Side; Good and healthy; Enjoy 4 sheets { 12x18 inch heavy duty Aluminum Foil } 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves 1 cup pasta sauce 2 medium zucchini, sliced or 2 cups broccoli florets { tops } ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 450°  or set grill to medium ~ high. Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of aluminum foil. Spoon pasta sauce over chicken. Top with zucchini. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets. Bake 20 to 25 minutes { or till done } on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 14 to 18 minutes { or till done } in a covered grill. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese before serving.
