Hints on How to Cook
Brussels sprouts;
In a 3 cup sauce pan. Just cover the Brussels sprouts with water and a dash
of salt. Bring water to a boil and cook until just tender, about 7 to 9
minutes. To check for doneness, the sprouts will have a bright
green color and will provide only slight resistance when pierced with a
fork.
