Easy Nut Candy Cup Recipe   Oven Temp. ~ microwave oven on medium Baking Time ~  1 minute Pan size ~ medium bowl, small paper candy cups, or a cookie sheet Servings ~ 12  pieces   GLENDA'S Helpful Kitchen Hints ~~~~~~~~~~~ Variation:  dried apricots or dried cherries may be stirred into melted chip mixture. Easy Candy Cup Recipe Ingredients: 1 1/3 cups or 1 - 8 ounce package premier white chips 1 1/3 cups macadamia nut pieces 1/2 cup chopped sweetened dried cranberries 1. Place chips, nuts and cranberries in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) for 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and mixture is blended smooth when stirred. 2. Drop by rounded teaspoons into small paper candy cups. (Mixture may also be dropped onto a wax paper - lined cookie sheet.) Cool until set. Store in cool, dry place. Makes about 12 pieces of candies.
