Berry Jell-o
Dessert Recipe
1 large - 0.6 package of sugar free raspberry jell-o
2 cups fresh raspberry - sliced or frozen sliced raspberry -
half way thawed
3 cups angel food cake - cut with a bread knife into bite size

1 can light whipped cream
Being 2 cups of water to a boil, add Jell-O stir until completely
dissolved. Stir in 2 cups of ice water. When the jell-o starts to
set pour 3 cups into a heart shaped dish or a 9 inch square dish.
Stir in raspberry and push the pieces of angel food cake into the
Jell-O, chill for a couple minutes, pour the rest of the jell-o over
the top. Chill to set completely. When set and ready to serve top
with whipped cream.
You may have a little extra jell-o and angel food cake. Put extra in
a dish and enjoy later for a great and healthy snack.
